Privacy Policy & Data Protection:

In order to deliver a client coaching service, information is collected and held by JL Life Coaching, which complies fully with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

The information retained is limited to that relevant to the coaching relationship and is provided either directly by the clients, i.e., name, address, and contact details, together with session preparation, and thought sheets etc., or collected during and after coaching sessions in the form of coaching notes.

All retained information is held securely and confidentially on a password-secured personal computer, or in secure and confidential office filing. 

Client information is not accessible to a third party, unless the client consents, for example in the case of referrals.​

Any contact made with clients is related to contractual coaching services. 

JL Life Coaching maintains professional indemnity insurance, with Holistic Insurance Services and abides by both ‘The Coaching Academy Code of Ethics’ (freely available on request) and ‘International Coaching Federation Professional Code of Ethics’,: ICF-Code-of-Ethics-1.pdf (coachingfederation.org)
